Inversion and arm balances series

Ever wanted to learn some yoga arm balances or inversions outside of those done in your regular practice?
Come to our 5 week series which will include a 30 minute vinyasa to warm your body, followed by some skills and technique to prepare for inversions and arm balances.
Some postures we will work towards (depending on individual strength and ability)
- Bakasana – crane or crow 
- Parsva bakasana – side crane 
- Ashtavakrasana - 8 limb pose 
- Urdhva dhanurasana - wheel pose 
- Mayurasana - peacock pose 
Geetha has been coaching arm balances and inversions for adults for over a year and has been an avid ‘handstander’ herself for over 8 years. She is looking forward to bringing this to AYC.
